In accordance with the CNIL recommendations (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), an encoding system has been implemented ensuring both the secured transmittal and storing of your data. Only the surgeons you submit your files to have access to your data via a secured system of authentication. |

| Ypsee voluntarily made the choice not to post the "before/after surgery" pictures on the surgeon detailed information web pages. These pictures could be assimilated to advertisement and no medical case can be duplicated to another. |

| All hospital partners have been audited on site and are linked with Ypsee by comprehensive contracts. These contracts define the terms and conditions as well as obligations of the hospitals especially in terms of a continued quality improvement of the care delivered to patients. |
