To measure the global quality of the clinics, the two creators of Ypsee, thanks to their professional experience in health unit management, established audit manuals, called “project specifications”.
The project specification for plastic surgery clinics is inspired by the accreditation guide for French health units, issued by the high health authority HAS, whereas the project specification for dental clinics was created following the French Dental Association AFD.
With these selection tools, the two creators have audited several health units in different countries for eighteen months. As a result, the clinics that have been selected by Ypsee are those with the best conditions in terms of patient welcome, of safety and hygiene, of high tech equipment, and of comfort.
All the clinics currently in partnership with Ypsee are ISO certification pending, in order to concretize their quality improvement policy regarding the administered care to patients.
On an international level, they are also willing to get accreditation from HAS (French methodology) and JCI (Anglo-Saxon methodology).
